Key Moments
- Maleficent isn’t invited to Sleeping Beauty’s birthday
- She curses the baby to be killed on her 16th birthday
- A fairy changes the curse so she will just fall into a stasis
- Fairies take princess to a cottage where she falls in love with the prince
- Princess is taken back to the castle and is put into a stasis
- Prince tries to come to her rescue but is imprisoned by MAleficent
- Fairies bail the prince out
- He goes to defeat all of Maleficent’s “guard dogs” who alert her of the escape
- Maleficent is defeated by the prince
- Prince saves the princess and gives her enough power to wake her out of stasis
